Growth Fund

The Growth Fund Program was established in 2021 with levied funding from the Mountrail County Commission. The Growth Fund enhances the county's financial toolbox to serve new and existing businesses needing access to capital.

Fashion Store Clerk

Horizon Grant

The Horizon Grant program was established in 2021 with funding from the Mountrail County Commission. The JDA Board of Directors will establish funding priorities annually.

Community Grant

The Community Grant Program was established in 2023 with funding from the Mountrail County Commission to fund projects that have a public purpose and aim to improve quality of life, fulfill an essential community need(s), and enhance community programming in Mountrail County.

Technical Assistance 

Our programs and services are administered by our partner, Souris Basin Planning Council (SBPC). Before putting together an application, we highly suggest scheduling a call with SBPC so that we can hear your ideas and answer your questions.
